1. To support the YMCA with practical feedback and advice regarding the association's programming and operations in addition to strategic issues facing the organization and community. 2. To provide a space to foster the development of productive, strategic leaders in our community, thus creating a long-term pipeline of engagement at the YMCA, from regular volunteers to service on committees and other boards. 3. To fund YMCA philanthropic initiatives by building strong Annual and Capital Campaign donors and volunteers. 4. To build a large peer network through meetings, social events, and volunteer opportunities aimed at engaging and educating the Young Professional demographic in and on the YMCA and the community it serves.
